Program Idea Submission Terms
1. We do not promise to build your idea.
Khuna Labs may build it, change it, combine it with other ideas, postpone it, or decide not to build it at all. Submitting an idea does not create a development deadline or guarantee a product will be released.
2. When you submit, you give the idea to Khuna Labs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, by submitting you permanently assign to Khuna Labs all rights, title, and interest you own and can legally assign in the submitted idea and the original submission materials. Khuna Labs may use, change, combine, develop, publish, license, sell, or commercialize the idea without needing additional permission from you.
3. Khuna Labs owns any product it creates.
If Khuna Labs builds software from the idea, Khuna Labs owns the resulting product, source code, design, name, branding, intellectual property, and commercial rights. Submitting an idea does not give you ownership, royalties, company equity, or control over the finished product.
4. If your qualifying idea becomes a product, you get the best tier for life.
If Khuna Labs approves your eligible submission and publicly releases a product substantially based on it, the qualifying original submitter receives the highest publicly available paid tier for that product at no charge for as long as Khuna Labs continues to offer and support that product. The reward is personal, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
5. Do not submit secrets or somebody else's protected work.
Submissions are not confidential. Do not send passwords, customer information, employer secrets, private source code, protected health information, or material you do not have the right to submit. Similar ideas may already exist or may be submitted independently by other people.

The Request a Program form requires you to check an I understand and agree box before the submission can be sent. Khuna Labs records the account, terms version, and acceptance with the submission.
